CARWIZ brings neuroscience into business and employee education
CARWIZ International already on the first day of WTM in London agreed on a cooperation agreement with the company Xenios LMS from Abu Dhabi, on the basis of which it will become the first rent a car in the world to use an application based on artificial intelligence for employees.
It is a neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and gamification-based LMS application for workforce education which integrates advanced learning principles to improve long-term knowledge retention and understanding of business processes.
The contract was signed by Krešimir Dobrilović, founder and president of the Management Board of CARWIZ International, and Željana Babić, director and founder of XENIOS LMS.
The application is fully adapted to the education of CARWIZ employees, and at the beginning of next year it is expected that Carwiz employees anywhere in the world will be able to access the application on their smartphones and be educated in numerous segments of business processes.
The goal is for all franchisees to be brought to the required level of competence and skills through customized training, resources and support.
