New franchise, CARWIZ UK, aims to dominate the car rental industry in the United Kingdom
Urentacar Global, a leading car rental service provider based in the United Kingdom, and the Croatian rent-a-car franchise system, CARWIZ International, have announced an expansive brand rollout across the entire UK territory, following the signing of a franchise partnership agreement.
The agreement was signed by Krešimir Dobrilović, Founder and CEO of CARWIZ International, and Sadan Khan, CEO of Urentacar Global, who stated that “this revolutionary partnership with CARWIZ International will ensure CARWIZ UK dominates the car rental industry.”
“This game-changing partnership, supported by an expansive national network and high-level industry connections, sets the stage for rapid and significant growth in the UK market,” emphasized Khan, who brings over 20 years of expertise in the industry. “The journey begins,” he concluded.
Expressing his satisfaction with the opening of yet another highly significant and promising market, Dobrilović also revealed for the first time that during the 2024 business year, CARWIZ completed a total of 211.675 rental agreements - a growth of over 52% compared to the previous year, with more than 203 million kilometers driven. He further highlighted the impressive financial performance, sharing that system-wide revenue increased by 39%, while profit grew by 78% compared to the 2023 business year.
